ITEM AVAILABILITY

We will make every reasonable effort to stock all merchandise presented on www.cyevolution.com. In the event that an item you ordered is no longer available, you will be notified.

The expected shipment times specifies when an item is expected to leave our warehouse, and not when the item will arrive at its final shipping destination. Delivery times vary according to the shipping method you select during Checkout.

You will not be billed for items purchased with a credit card until the items have shipped from our warehouse.

SHIPPING METHODS AND COSTS

We offer a number of shipping methods for your convenience. Shipping costs vary per method and the total value of the order. The total shipping charges will automatically compute during checkout prior to the completion of your order.

You will sometimes have the option to upgrade your shipping method for faster delivery. If you choose to upgrade your shipping method, your order must be received and clear credit authorization by 12:00 p.m. (noon) EST or your order may not be processed until the following business day. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

RETURNS

DAMAGES

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 30-days of delivery. Please provide us with the item number from your original confirmation e-mail, as well as your e-mail address and phone number. We will make every reasonable effort to assist you with your return.

If there is extensive damage to the carton upon delivery, contact us immediately. Please have your order information available when you call.

RETURNING AN ITEM

If you wish to return an item for exchange, please follow the instructions below.

Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Please include all paperwork,. All items must be returned in good condition, to insure exchange.

Enclose, a brief note in addition to billing name, and address with the item(s).

Before sending your return shipment, please remove all extra labels from the outside of the package.

Send the return package to the following address (unless your packing slip directs otherwise:

All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept cash on delivery (COD). It is recommended that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for your return. Keep the Return Tracking Number for your return package to monitor delivery status.

You can expect an exchange within 30 days of our receiving the returned item(s). You will be refunded the return shipping cost if the return is a result of a manufacturing defect or shipping error.
Items ordered on www.cyevolution.com cannot be returned to a CY Clothing land based store.
